Sound familiar?  Anyone can do it - right?  Maybe, but more likely NOT.  You buy a property at a deep discount and just turn around and sell it at Fair Market Value.  Correct?   Or is the primary reason that you bought it at a deep discount still there when you go to sell it?  With the proliferation of the Internet and Information, any subsequent buyer will know what you paid, when and to whom.   They will base the price they are willing to pay upon that information….
